How much time does it take for a group of 10 political leaders to change a light bulb?
Answer: 10 years.
Why?
They'll first stage a conference about the faulty bulb. They'll try to pass a bill in the winter session of Parliament on "Detection of faulty bulbs Act".
The bill will not be passed.
They will then stage a Fast-unto-death protest. Political parties soon follow up on this issue. BJP will definitely support it if Congress is in power. Sushma Swaraj and Advaniji demand a CBI probe into the so-called scam in manufacturing those bulbs. An innocent worker gets caught in it and gets apprehended "allegedly" by the CBI.
Meanwhile, an unknown party in rural Andhra Pradesh with it's party symbol as a bulb is formed. It gets huge "support" from BJP, and it stages dharna's in front of the assembly.
BJP on the other hand demands CBI probe into Philips, Wipro, Bajaj Electricals and other bulb manufacturers for potential scams.
Finally another gandhian will launch a fast-unto-death protest against scams specially in the bulb industry, clearly championing the line "There will literally be no light in this country if scams continue".
A panel consisting of 9 politicians and a regular electrical technician will be formed. The technician changes the light bulb.

Kisiko bulb jala ki nehi... ??? :P :P
